Aqua Rite Salt Chlorinators Are Very Useful in Keeping Your Pool Clean

If you have a pool at home, you will also know that it has to be cleaned regularly and kept in good shape. This will ensure that your pool is swim ready at all times of the year. There are various types of pool cleaners in the market which will ensure proper maintenance of your pool. With advancement of technology and newer equipments being available in the market, cleaning up the pool has become much easier. One of the popular devices which are used for this purpose is the salt chlorinators. The AquaRite salt chlorinator is one of the most popular devices in the market.

The salt chlorinator is a device which works by converting normal table salt into sodium hypo chloride which cleans up your pool. This sanitizer is being added to the pool on a regular basis which produces pH neutral chlorine and helps keep the pool or spa's pH balance intact. This also ensures that you do not have harsh chemicals in the water that you will be swimming in.

How it works

This device is set up in the pump and filter area and when the pool or spa is running, the water is transferred through an inline cell. The salt in the pool water is then converted into sodium hypo chloride. Then the chlorine travels back to the pool and the entire process is repeated once again. The power supply unit of the device is connected to the inline cell and it regulates the time and output of the pool sanitizer.

The salt used for this purpose is regular table salt and can be purchased at various locations. The salt used in the pool is recycled and does not get used up as such. But some of it evaporates and some of it splashes out when people are bathing in the pool. For these reasons, you have to keep refilling the amount of salt in the pool at regular intervals.

When purchasing your chlorinator, you must consider a few factors. You must consider the size of your pool. You must also consider the number of people who take a bath everyday and whether you are residing in a warm region or a colder region. The best place to look for an Aqua Rite salt chlorinator is at the online stores like poolproducts4less.com. This store will provide you with all details about the chlorinator that you want to buy along with a price list.

Now you can get all the details regarding swimming pool accessories and you'll even find articles about pool chlorinators at http://www.poolproducts4less.com/.

The Rite of Your Right to Write (Just Doing the Write Thing!)

Okay, now that I've thoroughly done my little play on words, let's take a look at the power and magic that comes out of writing.

Whether you are writing goals, to-do lists, or your life vision; healing letters to yourself or others; journaling; or just some creative expression, you make your world bigger and much clearer by using your "sword and shield": your pen and your writing tablet.

When you write a list of goals or things to-do, you create a higher likelihood of accomplishing those deeds. The act of writing, and then actually seeing what you have written, creates a much different experience in your brain versus just thinking about it.

When doing your vision work, your creativity allows you to experience the BIG picture of Life as you dive into the land of possibility. By capturing your life vision in writing, you can now go back and thoroughly re-experience it and keep it close to your Heart and Soul...you begin to live your vision because you see it every time you read it( which is a good idea to do daily).

Got unfinished emotional business with someone? Write them a letter, and put all your emotions connected to the issue into the letter. Do not sensor anything. Forgive and ask for forgiveness if that is what is needed as well. Write until you feel done.

Then create a ceremony in which you burn the letter...releasing everything from the past and giving it over to the Universe. Repeat this process as often as needed. Write the same to yourself if you feel the need as well.

Journaling can be a great tool for you to stay connected to you. There is no wrong way to journal, and it can be an effective method of checking in with yourself in regards to your goals. It is also a wonderful way to just simply express yourself and your feelings.

Sometimes the simple act of writing your thoughts and feelings down on paper helps you to see exactly what is going on, where you need to go, and what you need to do.

We are all poets and writers, but it is easy to be overly critical of ourselves and therefore prevent ourselves from ever picking up the might sword (The pen, remember??).

Go ahead, write that poem, those lyrics, that article, short story, or novel...it matters not what other think (or what you think others think), but rather, how it makes you feel. Write until you feel good, then write some more.

Writing...it's your right, and in that, you create a rite into a bigger, clearer, and more expressed self...just do the write thing for yourself...you will be glad you did...I am, and I am feeling much better now!...Thanks.

Graduation Is A Rite Of Passage

Graduation is an event that takes place after hitting a milestone in school to indicate when a student is ready to transition into the next stage of learning. Graduation can take place during any stage of schooling, not necessarily only at the end of high school or college. It is a cultural tradition and is usually looked at as a rite of passage.

The term "rite of passage" was coined in 1909 by Arnold van Gennep. Van Gennep believed that the right of passage consisted of three main steps. Those steps are separation from society, inculcation-transformation, and the return to society with a new status.

Different Types Of Graduation Ceremonies And Achievements

There are two different ceremonies held for students and those are the commencement and the baccalaureate. The commencement is where the diplomas are received by all of the graduating students. The baccalaureate ceremony takes place in order to pay special attention to those that did an exemplary job in their schooling years.

The graduation, ceremony is one of the highlights of a person's life because it consists of a gathering of all graduating students, their families, and the important members of the school's staff. It will generally begin with a speech given by the principal, valedictorian, or a special guest speaker and then progress to a roll call of students. As each student is called one by one, they are provided with their hard-earned diploma and a handshake.

The students that are awarded special awards depending on their achievements are the baccalaureates. These achievements will help you when it comes to applying for your next stint in college or for a high-paying job. Nothing looks better on a resume than having one of these awards or achievements.

Graduation Honors:

cum laude: with honors
magna cum laude: with high honors
summa cum laude: with the highest honors

Graduation Ceremony Attire

During a graduation ceremony the students are to wear matching caps and gowns. The caps, or "hoods" as they once were called, used to be worn by the Druid priests to signify their higher intelligence. The tassel, which is connected to the cap, is generally designed to show the area of study that was achieved, however nowadays it is usually made of the school's colors. The gown is normally a color that will compliment the cap and tassel.

Mixture Of Emotions And Memories After Graduation

This is a basic description of the general concept of graduation. After the ceremony, there are usually generally people crying tears of joy and sorrow. There is a mixture of emotions that a graduate feels.

Students tend to think that their school years would never come to an end, but the day they graduate the realization that it's over hits them hard. They know that most of the people they had come into contact with and befriended will never be seen again. However, they are happy and proud that they survived the twelve plus years in school.

This ceremony is a very important and memorable time in a students life. Having a diploma should be respected and admired, especially in these times when so many drop out of school. It may require a lot of work, but in the end, it is worth it.

Rites of Passage: Innocence Found

Our yard was toilet-papered last night. The sight greeted me as I opened the front door in my robe, on my way to retrieve the newspaper on this blustery Saturday morning. I had seen such displays before, but always from the road. From my secure vantage of hustling and busting I would look at the homes of parents of children older than my own, and shake my head with nave amusement as wearied dads with strange, bemused expressions raked the fluttering ribbons from their trees. It was just one of the things that teenagers did, I figured. I had no reason to take the point further, except to recognize that the scene was part off a world of parenting teenagers that I knew lay somewhere ahead.

Suddenly, I am there; the sight catching me unaware of an inevitable certainty, much like the first look at a snowy august morning. I suppose I should have seen it coming. Starting from the day when my youngest caught me skipping pages during reading at bedtime, changes seemingly beyond my control have become more frequent. All of a sudden I'm not privy to the details of the conflicts between my children and their friends at school. Telephone conversations between my children and unknown sources of information stall when I pass through the room. Suddenly my children don't miss the double entendre of PG-13 comedies; instead, they blush, or worse, laugh as if they have heard the joke before.

Initially I was honored to see the 'tribute in white'. My son must be popular if someone spent so much time to do this, I reasoned, as if by association his popularity reflected my parental achievements. But I also felt somewhat unsettled. I stood in the middle of a scene heretofore reserved for others, for those older families, and realized that I had been initiated into one more phase of my life. Once more I was being pushed into a new era of parenting, with little warning, and with no formal training. Such is the nature of parenting. In no other job are we expected to adapt, and to 'ad lib', to such an extent. We aren't told "Oh, there is a TV to fix in there- I know you haven't done it before, but we're expanding beyond widgets". My only preparation at this point is a vague recollection of hearing from those who have been here before me that I should make sure the mess is cleaned up before it rains. I'm not sure why that is important.

I am also touched by a melancholy memory, of the days of my youth and of innocent pranks. Sometime between then and now, pranks seem to have taken on a meaner quality; images of 'soaping windows' morphing to fears of tainted Halloween candy, or burning bags of dog droppings on porches changing to reports of bombs in mailboxes. The display in front of me this morning reminds me of those innocent days gone by, and I am again touched by the care that has been taken- the bench from the porch carefully balanced atop the basketball backboard, the avoidance of the small tree with the nest of baby birds, the placement of our 'security sign' neatly in the bushes, where it could easily be found. And nothing has been done to the mailbox, as if in recognition that a mailbox is no longer a thing of innocent pranks. The whole display does not suggest delinquency. Rather there is almost the suggestion of moral character, of knowing the difference between right and wrong, between old-fashioned youthful mischief and modern delinquency.

I wonder if the distinction between innocent pranks and delinquency is even possible in our 'modern world'. As we try to protect our children, we steer them from potentially mischievous activities lest innocence and evil be mistakenly confused. "You could be shot- or arrested!" we say. Pranks have always had an edge- but it seems that we used to know where that edge was, and more importantly, we genuinely knew that it shouldn't be crossed. Yes, we made mistakes- I think of the late night many years ago, when my friends and I left the mannequin lying on the porch of my parents' house, rang the doorbell, and ran away. I can still hear my mother scream as I think about it. Or I think of the prank phone calls made during a sleepover, and of the guilt I felt later as I read in the small town community newspaper about the elderly disabled woman who was frightened by them. But the stakes seem higher now, and so from the enlightened vantage of parents, we don't mourn the loss of innocent pranks. Their loss is a trade-off for safety, and we accept the loss as an inevitable casualty of the future. They are just another lost privilege, like the quick airport check in lines of the 20th century. By some bizarre progression of society, we can clone an embryo, but we can't find a way to allow trick-or-treating after dark.

But on this morning, my sweet melancholic memory will not be denied by adult pessimism. As the sun breaks the clouds and strikes the brilliant streamers, I realize that innocence is still everywhere, if I choose to look for it. I notice again that nothing is broken, and the baby birds in the nest in the small tree are still hungrily chirping. And then I see the toilet paper hanging on the trees for what it is; a sign that all is well. The world is very different now, yet some things, at least this morning, are the same. And I smile as I chase the kids outside to clean up the mess, quickly, before it rains.

Stride Rite Shoes - Kids' Own Choice

Seven or eight-month-old babies have formed certain cognitive capability. They can express their own thought or desire on some little things in their own ways. For example, there are three colors like red, yellow and blue, if you give some tips and make them understand your question is which one is his or her favorite, then he or she can point out the best one with fingers. They are too young to have any expression ability, but which not means they do not have their own thoughts and decisions.

When you choose one pair of shoes for your kids, maybe this little person can give you some critical and constructive advices. No matter how old they are, they can always make their options in patterns, styles, colors, and even pictures printed on the shoes. That is the main reason why all of the kids' merchants pay much attention on these aspects not on quality.

For girls, it is easier to prove this point. If she is in a shoes store, she certainly chooses her favorite color like pink, red or white. In their minds, these colors have special means; maybe they are the one the princess wears in a fairy tale. Although they are very young, they also pursue beauty. At the beginning of selecting pattern or style of shoes, most of them are imitating someone who plays an important and influential role in their minds. After accumulating some experience, they will gradually shape their own thought and pattern.

Unlike girls, boys always pay less attention on the color of shoes. The one feeling they devoted to get is to be cool. No matter what are, shoes, clothes or other accessories, it seems that patterns, colors, styles are not important thing. Only being cool if they wear it or them, that is ok. That indicates that deep colors are commonly and easily accepted by boys when they select something.

The older kids are just coming in to the period of pursuing brands. Only brands can show their personality and individuality. Only brands can indicate their different taste and personal pattern. So different group of kids has different pursuit and likes.

Lenten Rites in RP Like a Circus?

Time and again, whenever the Lenten is coming, many Filipinos are pretty excited for the long vacation brought by the Holy Week. For a Christian nation like the Philippines, it is a moment to reflect on the life of Jesus, the Son of God, His sufferings and triumphs as He saves the world from sin.

While others are simply enjoying the no work, no school spree to get out of their way to some beautiful beaches and places where they could relax and take a time out from the stresses of life in the metropolis.

But many might not know that it has been a tradition in many parts of the country to reenact the rituals of what Jesus has done in His way to the cross. A staged crucifixion known as the "cenaculo" is always held every Lent to showcase the bloody and pitiful sufferings of Christ.

As a true Christian believer, I don't agree for some who do this. It was not written in the Bible to reenact what Christ did. It is enough to ask forgiveness for our sins, seek His grace and do some penitent as a way of remembering what He did for humankind.

What's bugging me is that such traditional staging of Christ-like activities of Filipinos lashing their backs with bamboo sticks as they become wounded or nailing themselves to wooden crosses are like a circus since local spectators and other foreigners are mesmerized seeing these things happen. What is lost is the real essence of the observance of the Holy Week.

Such rituals are nothing if people are not learning why we celebrate the Lent. In the first place, some locals don't even have to do the reenactment. Not only that, the Catholic Church has even warned people not to make the Holy Week rites as an event of fun and a circus-like activity when some people would be clapping their hands as a person is nailed and raised on the cross.

The Health Department advised the ritual participants to take tetanus shots before being nailed to avoid infection.

People should not forget to recognize the solemnity of the Lent. Although some have made such rituals as their annual devotion, still they need to reflect on the real essence of doing such things. The Holy Week traditions should not be treated as a show.

The simple ways of celebrating the Lent is to reflect, pray and fast. Let the Holy Week be a reminder to all Christians about the sufferings and resurrection of the risen Christ.

Teaching Our Kids RITE From RONG - Education

Are we as caring parents doing more harm than good by sitting down to teach our kids what we were taught from our school days? Mum and dads want the best for their kids and encourage them by dedicating their free time to help with their sums.

In some cases it is hard for the concerned parent to find quality time that is needed for their child/children to excel, reasons maybe due to working long hours to put a crust on the table.

There could be a number of reasons as to why mum and dad are handicapped in finding the time to help the kiddies to read and write.

Parents that is fortunate enough to find the time to help the family with their studies.

I ask you are you doing more harm than good.

In some cases there are parents out there qualified to take on the role as tutor for a few hours, then we have the less fortunate like my self who left school with no qualifications. So what right do I have even as a caring parent to teach them what little I know?

One thing I do know is the importance of my children not missing out on the opportunities that I was denied due the absence of having no qualifications.

How we the parents were taught many moons ago differ greatly to how schools operate today.

The 21st century education system presents a complete different scenario.

Modern tactics are used in all places of learnng, how embarrassing having to admit that some mathematical terms that I as an adult can not spell let alone work out as a sum. I expect I am not on my own in this department when it comes down to today's educational system.

How lack of education can affect your child's chances of succeeding in life.

To secure a position of a decent paying job you need skills, most places of employment requires verification that you are the man/woman for the job vacancy. To fill any position today depends on how much paperwork you have under your belt as in i.e. GSCE A/O levels and so on.

If you want to help your kids to achieve then as a caring parent you need to sit back and leave it to the professionals who already have the skills required in this department.

Some parents have a far better understanding of modern day learning so they are exempt, but for those in the same position as myself and want what is best for the family, then may I suggest the internet. Online education is a fantastic opportunity for you and members of the family to gather information.

The internet is the most powerful tool we have today in modern society

Do not worry about all the stories you hear behind what goes on involving kiddies on the internet. You have complete parental control over your child's presence when they surf the web. Another plus is the parent need have no computer expertise. But if you would like to learn more about computers then why not go online where you will find information on what there is to know.

Education online is a step in the right direction to give the child a better start in life. Offering the chance to gain extra knowledge may not be greeted with a thank from your offspring at this present moment, but I bet a bottom dollar in years to come they will thank you for it

Before you sit down with the kiddies in the hope of educating them further, remember we have two different generations competing with each other. Live and learn mum and dad this is a day and age where the kids of the 21st century can teach us a thing or too.

Halloween Rites

For some of us, EVERY DAY IS HALLOWEEN!!! If you want to be unusual dress up as a nurse, secretary, grocery clerk or bank teller this year. Gypsy, vampires and shaman wanna-bes are everywhere already!

Or you could get all Martha Stewart about it and practice the following festive rites, which find their origins in the British Isles and Europe for that "authentic" Halloween experience. The first thing you might want to do is convince your church pastor to ring the church bell all night to ward off evil spirits as was the custom in 4th century England. If you're feeling particularly ambitious you could also dig up your dead loved ones and dress them up in long robes as was the custom in 2nd century Naples. The cadavers would be placed in niches in stone church walls ready to be visited by their relatives who of course were not appalled at all to see their familiar faces.

The second thing you want to do is build a big bonfire built from barrels full of tar and dance around it with wild abandon. I guess the 21st century equivalent would be to gather with the other townsfolk around the local "tire fire." It was also the custom back then to gather every stick of spare wood you could find and throw it on the fire, despite the fact that winter was coming. The key word associated with Halloween back then was "foolhardy."

In Britain, in the 4th century, people would also visit the graves of their kinfolk and throw holy water or milk on the graves to "feed the dead." This custom later mutated into the practice of giving children or the poor money or a baked good called a "soul cake" in exchange for prayers for the souls of the dearly departed who were often thought to be stuck in purgatory. The ancient recipe for soul cakes is not unlike shortbread, so if you want to be authentic, give the little visitors some shortbread at the door. Watch them scream and run away, however as you bend over and gently ask them to pray for the soul of your dead uncle who is burning in the flames of hell!!!

In England in the 16th century, Halloween was also known as the "Night of Shaming" in which people dressed up as a mock government or court and allowed powerful figures, such as the mayor, or the Sherriff and sometimes the local wife-beater to be humiliated verbally or physically. So its a good night to perform an intervention, have the boss over to dinner or practice some kind of S & M that takes the most arrogant person down a notch. At the end of these rituals it was customary to throw the offending authoritarian into a body of water to cleanse them, so Halloween is the perfect night for a pool party.

By the way, the traditional Halloween supper to serve that night would be either something called "champ" (mashed potatoes with milk butter and leeks) or "colcannon" (mashed potatoes with cabbage.) It was also customary to read the leaves of the cooked cabbage or apple peelings to see if the first initial of a future husband or wife could be revealed. Sometimes rings or coins would be hidden in the mashed potatoes, possibly causing an uncomfortable trip to the barber later to have a cracked tooth pulled.

Fire and torches are also burned on Halloween to drive the demons and devils out, but if you want to be truly authentic, put your candle inside a hollow turnip. If you really want to be fashionable about it, carry this turnip with you door to door while bumming subway fare. Also recite, as the poor did back in Cheshire England "My clothes are very ragged/My shoes are very thin/I've got a little pocket/ To put three pence in/ And I'll never come a souling/ Until another year". Another way to connect with your ancestors would be to take your turnip lanterns at the hour of midnight and run all over the hills (the highway meridians) yelling "Spirits and demons Begone!".

A holiday very much associated with love and death, Halloween is also an important night to do divinations or portend omens. Want to dream of your future husband? Try placing a sprig of rosemary or a sixpence under your pillow that night. Worried about your health? Crack an egg into a glass of water. If the shape of shroud forms in the water, start shopping for a plot in a nice cemetery. (Ed. Note: or ask Samantha how to change your destiny via an email reading. J) Wondering if that lover of yours is faithful? Throw a couple of nuts into the fire. If the two nuts stay together in the flames, he is faithful. If they fly apart, so will the two of you.

Also if you want to be truly traditional, you can put away the broom and mop on Halloween. People in Ireland did not throw water or sweep the floor that night for fear of offending the imps and fairies. In fact, it is a very good night to lie on the couch and watch horror movies. If you really want to keep bad spirits away, turn on the television. Demons and spirits hate it. It is one way to keep bad energy away.

Have fun this Halloween, and don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Entrepreneurship Is An Endangered Rite of Passage

Remember the 1980′s video game "Paperboy?" You moved your bicycling paperboy up the screen and used buttons to make him throw newspapers onto the porches of the correct houses. I just read a very insightful article by Dan Pallotta of the Harvard Business Review entitled "Is the Entrepreneur and Endangered Species?"

In his article, Dan talks about how kids today aren't doing things like running yard work businesses, snow blowing businesses, becoming paperboys, and building hot dog carts or lemonade stands. I realized that he was right. These training opportunities have becomes extinct rites of passage for the past couple generations of American youth.

As an entrepreneur myself, with experience in startup after startup, Dan's article made me think about my own upbringing. I grew up at the right time, but I never had the opportunity to be a paperboy - we moved around a lot growing up and it seemed you had to be well established as a kid in the community in order to crack the inner circle to get a coveted paperboy job.

By the time I was 12 or so, we had moved to a rural area - and no paperboy jobs existed. In fact, we lived so far in the country, that there was no RFD (home mail delivery) in our "town". We had to drive in to the post office every day to get out mail. It was very "Hooterville". We did live in a Country Club for a while, so my younger brother and I would go out early on Saturday mornings and retrieve golf balls from the streams and lakes on the course. The club pro would buy those balls back for either a dime or a quarter apiece, depending on how dinged up they were. He would then sell them as used balls for 50 cents, or paint a stripe on them and turn them into "range balls". It was the 1970′s - things were simpler then.

On a good Saturday, we could make nearly $20 that we would split. Ten bucks went a long way back then, if you remember. Not bad for a startup, board members were 13 and 9. In high school, I had a couple of jobs, but nothing entrepreneurial. I was working for the man. One of the saddest reasons that I believe these opportunities have disappeared is that the current culture makes it a much riskier proposition than ever. I don't think most parents are comfortable letting their 13 year olds run about unsupervised.

Where we live (suburb of Atlanta) there aren't any kids doing lawn work either - it's all done by landscaping companies who employee "people who will do the jobs Americans won't".

Gimme Five For The New Year - 5 Tips - 5 Tablets - 5 Rites

Gimme Five this New Year! The parties may be over but who says we need to stop celebrating? Life is great and January 1 is always a good day to be grateful.

TIP 1

From bad to good. This is the day I go over my bad habits (doesn't everyone have bad habits?) and see which I can work on. Out with the bad habit, in with the new. I've replaced soda or soft drinks with water years ago. I've switched from white bread to brown. I've swapped ordinary table salt for sea salt and seaweed, to name a few off my head.

And when I know deep down inside the bad habit has been replaced, I celebrate! I go for a walk, watch a movie, visit the library to read leisurely. Bigger achievements deserve bigger celebrations like making a day trip to Amsterdam or a weekend in Brussels.

TIP 2

Have you ever thought of getting yourself a journal for your journey to health? It doesn't have to be an expensive and fancy journal. A simple one will do.

Here, we write down what we ate, what we drank, any observations on the effects of certain foods our body is experiencing. This way, we get to understand our body more. Write down your healthy days and the days you're not feeling well. What were you feeling, not only physically but emotionally?

If you're starting with supplements, write down your observation on how your body is doing.

At the end of the year, you can see how you've progressed. Don't forget to celebrate!

There will be off days but your health journal will help you stay on track. Don't be too hard on yourself.

TIP 3

Forget the four-letter word this year. D-I-E-T. The word "diet" has a very negative effect on me. Instead of saying,

"I have to go on a diet this year,"

you might try saying,

"I choose to eat healthy food this year."

Doesn't that sound better? And achievable? So, choose not only healthy food but also choose the words you use. Go for uplifting inspirational words instead of negative, degrading ones.

TIP 4

Starting the day with supplements. Nutrition is important and sometimes we just don't have enough time to prepare all-nutritious meals in the kitchen. To ensure I get my nutrients, I start off with 5 tablets of Algine Plus. I've never felt better. My number one health issue was allergies, colds and sinusitis - on an almost daily basis. Today, I still catch an occasional cold, but I can count how many I had in a year, on just one hand! So, it's "gimme five tablets every morning" for me.

TIP 5

Move that body. Go out for a walk, do some yoga or pilates, pick up those weights or just dance to music while doing the house chores (salsa works best for me). But if you want to try something different and effective, try out the Five Tibetan Rites.

These simple-looking exercises stretches the entire body and gets the endocrine glands working well that it increases your energy levels. For those above 40, your metabolism will be as good as it was when you were 25! Gimme five, the Five Tibetan Rites, that is.

This year, continue your journey to a healthier you. How about making that journey with my sisters and I? We can celebrate even the tiniest achievements together - Let's keep this party going! Gimme five!

Mica's journey to natural health began when she was fed up with trying all sorts of medicines to get rid of allergies and sinusitis. Your 4 Step Home Business Success Rite of Passage

It's probably a pretty safe bet to say that you have a desire to succeed in a home based business of your own. After all, there's a good reason why you're reading these words, right? It could be that you've already found your work from home business opportunity and now it's time for you to take action and turn that opportunity into a legitimate and profitable business.

Are you feeling a little bit frustrated though? Perhaps your desire for success is not the issue but rather knowing what to do in order to achieve success in your home business is the problem. Well, rest assured that, at this point, if you have only the desire to succeed but nothing else, congratulations, you're already well on your way to success in your home based business. There is still a fair amount of work which needs to be done but your desire does have you pointed in the right direction.

With a desire to succeed in business being your most important quality, the second most important quality you can possess is a willingness to fail. Failing or stinking at something is always the prerequisite to succeeding at it. As long as you're willing to get into the game, roll up your sleeves and make the necessary mistakes then your eventual success can become a reality.

To help you along in your journey to a successful home based business - or any type of business for that matter - there is an evolutionary rite of passage which all successful entrepreneurs must go through.

Understand that as long as you're willing to progress through the following four steps then you will see exactly how your own home based business development will unfold.

Step 1

Unconscious Incompetence - this is when you stink at something and you don't even know that you stink. This is where all business professionals begin. You can read all the books on business ever printed but you are never an entrepreneur until you begin the business building process for yourself. And when you do begin the process, be willing to make your mistakes. Expect to make many mistakes and be easy on yourself when you do. Nobody was born an expert at anything. Hang in and resist the temptation to throw in the towel at the first sign of trouble.

Step 2

Conscious Incompetence - this is when you still stink but at least you now know that you stink. Or, more importantly, you now know what it is you stink at. Once you begin to realize where your business building skills are deficient you can take the steps necessary to improve those skills. Maybe you have a natural gift for speaking with people but are not very adept at marketing or time management. Recognizing your shortcomings is the necessary first step to fixing those shortcomings.

Step 3

Conscious Competence - this is when you're getting good at business and you can feel and see yourself improving in the areas where you needed help. This is when you go through your business day recalling and applying the business building techniques and strategies you've been studying. Business success is coming easier for you as you can now efficiently apply the things you've been learning. The most important part of this step is the increase you'll experience in your self confidence. The higher the confidence you have in your abilities the easier your business building becomes.

Step 4

Unconscious Competence - this is it, when you've arrived at this step you've reached the entrepreneurial summit. This is when business success flows effortlessly. In this phase of being an entrepreneur your business building becomes second nature. You'll seem to always say the right things at the right time, you'll make the right decisions and success will just seem to flow naturally. Even when you reach this step it is still probable that you'll make an occasional mistake. But, because of the knowledge and experience gained, the mistakes made will most likely have a far less negative impact.

So let's now consolidate these 4 crucial steps: Do you want to become a great home based entrepreneur? You first have to work at becoming a good one. Do you want to become a good one? You first need a willingness to be a mediocre one. And in order to be a mediocre entrepreneur you need to jump into the game as a lousy one.

There are no shortcuts to success. Many a home business failure is the result of a well intentioned person searching for and taking shortcuts. However, and this is the reason why so many people fail in business, there are no shortcuts to success.

Do you desire long lasting success? It all starts with gaining knowledge. Applied knowledge becomes experience and experience eventually becomes success.

There is no better way to gain knowledge then through reading good, quality books. All it can take is just one good book on the topic of success to get your wheels in motion.

Do you need help getting your success wheels in motion? Book Review - Peter Kelder's "The Five Tibetan Rites"

Peter Kelder wrote a book in the 1980s about the secrets he learned from Tibetan monks. This book that he wrote tells of their ancient secrets about the fountain of youth. He narrated his experiences and also shared the skills he acquired so that many people will also learn about these secrets. This book was called "The Five Tibetan Rites" and does not only share the secrets on how to look young but also offers to give much more than that including an inner sense of peace. Other techniques will also help people get a more rejuvenating sleep. It also offers to share secrets on how to get the most out of your day.

In the book, a comprehensive guide to chakras is discussed. Kelder informs the reader how the different chakras work to help the various systems in the body. He explains what a chakra does to help a person look younger and also how it can help to achieve a better quality of life.

The book also includes the five (5) Tibetan rites that Kelder has learned. First he says to check with a doctor should you decide to begin the exercise program to make sure that you are in shape to embark on the program. The book shows clear pictures of the techniques to be carried out. A video is also available which shows the different steps of the exercise.

A second book is also available which offers more details on the basic techniques. It also presents other ways of doing the techniques. To help achieve many benefits from the techniques, warm-up exercises have also been included. The Tibetan secret about the ancient fountain of youth can help a person look younger. It can also help in achieving a more productive life. It has been known to Tibetan monks for many centuries and now that the secret is in the open it can be yours too. I would recommend the book to anyone who is interested in learning about this part of Tibetan culture.

Vision Quest - A Rite of Passage

In a time not so long ago young boys when through a"rite of passage" to signify the crossing over to manhood. This is something that most young people in America will never experience and do not really understand. As a father of four daughters and two grand-children I know for a fact that kids just grow up all of a sudden. There is very little teaching/learning that goes between parent and kids as in the past. It seems that most parents depend on other entities to raise their kids up in the ways of the world. Young girls in their early teens are dressing up like porn queens and young boys are involved with drug and gang activity just to fit in. No longer is there a set time in one's life when they went from a child to a grownup, they just come home from another party that went too far and their all grown up.

There comes a time when you must grow up and leave family, friends and work behind and go off alone, looking within to discover your changes in the wheel of life. The Hanbleceya, translated from Lakota means "Vision Quest" is the name of this rite of passage. The Vision Quest has been followed by humans for thousands of years. When you are brave enough o listen you can hear it calling to you. Life questions are pushing you to do something, "Who am I?", "Why am I here?" and "How can I heal my wounds?" Something's in life are required, this is one of them.

The first thing to do is found someone that will teach and guide you through this ceremony in a respectful manner for all the ones that have gone before and the thousands that gave their lives for us to continue. You begin by learning the simplest of ways to open your eyes and admit there is some kind of higher power out there that is in control. All the while, your group is becoming a community, offering support and love.

Vision Quests have been important by enabling individuals to negotiate their maturity/transitions with purpose and meaning, discovering gifts to be brought back for the whole community. Without them, people have no way to mark and celebrate their life-changes, unable to complete the old or begin the new. The Vision Quest allows a person to engage an age-old ceremonial pattern: completion of an old life, movement through the threshold of the unknown, and return to the world reborn. People in any life stage or transition can find meaning in this powerful process. Young people will find particular meaning in the challenges the program presents.

Your teacher and your group will serve to mirror and support visioneers by helping them first to prepare for their Vision Quest and then to understand and interpret their experience. The vision quester returns to the "real world" powerfully moved by having lived close to the source power and the Higher Power in their understanding.

During the four days and nights you will enact the Vision Quest, living by yourself in the wildness of nature holding your Chanupa and facing each direction to pray daily. In the weakness of fasting, you become more open and transparent. You live between the inner world of dreams, feelings, fantasies and the outer world of cold night air, the warming sun, the sound of a coyote howling, the sight of mole digging mounds just outside of your area. You will be visited by dragons, whose names are loneliness, boredom, fear, and regret--among others. You engage them with your heart and spirit, recognizing them as worthwhile opponents. They push you into your depths.

Time can slow down on a Vision Quest, and the stillness of being alone can be very powerful. As your thoughts begin to empty out, you can look into the pool of your own being, noticing how you are, what your dreams are made of, what you need to let go of. The medicine wheel is present there, and you can enter it naturally. It is possible to feel connected to everything, to the small fly dragonfly, to the giant oak tree, to the limitless expanse of the cosmos.

On the way in, just as on the way out you will enter the Inipi lodge to transition out from the spirit world back into reality. You have been witness to your own death and rebirth. What is important to carry into your new life, and what needs to be left behind? You ask the Spirit to help you find your way. Your prayers are answered as the first rays of sunlight pierce the darkness. It's time now to come down off the mountain and begin the journey back.

There are numerous things I left out about the ceremony in this article I just wanted to say certain things about the Hanbleceya. The Inipi Ceremony is critical in the Vision Quest, just like many other ceremonial rights are important, however one truly only needs a supporter and fire for a Vision Quest. One day in the future I might decide to write my story about the things that have gone on in the Vision Quest that I have been privileged to be a part of including my own.

How to Spice Up Rite of Passage Parties

A rite of passage such as a bar mitzvah or a bat mitzvah, marks when a person reaches a certain time in his or her life when a significant change is taking place. Many cultures and religions have rite of passage occasions to celebrate a person's passage into a new and/or different stage of their lives. These rites of passage can include bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvah, graduations, birthdays, and more. These occasions are usually celebrated with large parties.

The single more important thing you can do to spice up your right of passage party is to hire the right entertainment. Since this is your son or daughter's party, let them choose the type of music. Ask them if they would like to have a DJ or a live band. Ask them if they would like a light show. Once you know what kind of music and light show your son or daughter would like, you can search for the DJ or entertainer. Ask friends and family members for recommendations. You can also ask local radio stations for a recommendation. Having the right music, whether it's a DJ or a live band, is essential to spicing up the party and throwing a party your son or daughter will remember.

Food is the next big decision. The best way to accommodate a large party crowd is to have a variety of foods available. Of course, this can be a little costly. If you do not want to spend a lot of money on food, you can always serve hors d'oeuvres instead of a complete meal. Depending on how much you want to spend, you can be creative with the foods. You can have professional caterer prepare your foods or, if you have the time, you can prepare the food yourself. One way to spice up the food is to have it presented in a way that attracts attentions. Do not simply put it on trays and serve it. You can have it arranged nicely into patterns, with little decorations, or in bowls and plates that represent a theme. Be creative with it.

In fact, using a theme at your right of passage party is a very effective way to spice up the event. If your child is into technology, you can have a "techie" party--using decorations that represent the areas of technology that interest your child. You could host a luau, a party with a country western, Broadway, nighttime, or ocean theme. There are hundreds of themes. Check your local party store for ideas and decorations for your theme.

There are a lot of easy ways to spice up a right of passage party. Find out what interests your son or daughter, get an idea about what generally interest your guests, and design your party around that theme. Choose the right entertainment and a variety of foods and drinks that everyone will enjoy; present the food in a way that gets everyone's immediate attention. By following these three simple steps, you are on your way to spicing up your next right of passage party.

1940's Rites of Spring

The rites of spring 1940's were a special time. For the boys of the city cold winter meant school. If there was a good snow we had our snowball fights and long long hills to sled down. We even worked out a way to hook onto the car bumpers to get a tow back up to say 10th street (10th & Dupont - Wilmington, Del). Most of the winter though was taken up with hangin- out when you could, school, and home.

As the days started getting longer and warmer a stirring to spend more quality time outside welled up in all of us. Spring had sprung and it was time to set in motion those things we did since time began for us. I can't remember the exact order but it went something like this.

Late March - Early April: The kite flying time. Kites ranged anywhere in price from ten cents to a quarter. most of us got the ten centers. And of course you needed string and a tail. My Dad worked at a factory where he had "access" to very large spools of nylon string. Man, I could put a kite a mile out. And, that was neat, because as the wind died down and the kite began to sink it took everything you had to get that kite back to you before the thing went down somewhere. It was always a neat past time. Kids would gather together run up the kites with each one trying to out do the other. And, windy days of early spring were ideal for kite flying.

Mid April - Early May: As sure as an atomic clock the kites disappeared and out came things like marbles. I hope you know what marbles are. If not please Google. We had two games. One we drew a circle about 4 feet in diameter. A marble was placed in the middle of the circle and each of us took turns trying to knock it out with our shooter marble. If you missed or weren't successful your shooter stayed in the circle. This allowed another person to knock your shooter out of the circle- and keeping it. This way you either lost all of your marbles and went home. Or you won a few and went home.

The other game of marbles involved shallow holes, (pockets) dug in the dirt 4 - 5' apart. The object being to successfully put your marble in hole #1 and proceed to #2, #3 etc until you reached the finish.Kind of like a miniature golf played with marbles. I believe you were also able to knock you competitor away from getting near a hole.

Mid May - Late May: Yo-Yo's. The Duncan yo-yo company had Philipino yo-yo demonstrators. These guys would hit all of the candy stores in town on a regular basis. They could make a yo-yo walk and talk and wiggle on it's belly like a reptile. The idea being you headed into the store and bought one. Most of us kept ours in a drawer from year to year and just pulled the old one out. They looked better because the paint had been rubbed off the edges (doing walk the doggie). Even though you had an old yo-yo you still needed new string. And the string was sold in waxed paper envelopes containing three strings. There was all kinds of tricks you learned to develop and use with the yo-yo. Hours passed with a group of guys yo-yoing. Walking the dog, around the world, rock the cradle etc, were important things we learned as we chatted and pushed and put down one another in a special way. I don't want to leave withut mentioning the Duncan "Black Diamond". This baby was all black with 6 simulated diamonds implanted horizontally on each side of the yo-yo. This was the top of the line. Very few of us had a Black Diamond. After all the cost fifty cents.

May: Mumbly Peg. You need to Google this because space does not permit me to go into this intricate past time. Somehow we all had access to a pen knife. And every conceivable stunt that could be done with a penknife was done. The object being the last person in the competition to be the winner. The first trick was easy progressing to harder and harder until one person was left. No knife fights ever broke out it was just another way we could pass a morning. Please Google this.

All through the spring until summer time were spent having a catch. Which involved two or three guys a ball and some baseball gloves. Fly balls, grounder and line drives were thrown and caught simulating and honing our skill to throw and catch a baseball. Water pistols that the teacher kept until the last day of school. Baseball Cards and flipping cards to win some more. Tossing pennies against a wall. I don't know how we had time to grow-up.

There had to be many more forms of recreation we had but these came on a cyclical basis. Just like clock work. These games were pulled out and put back on some mysterious schedule. Prepared by who, I don' know. Along with the games we also learned to get along with one another. And, without parental interference or participation. How could we learn to play and have fun without parents? The Shadow Knows.

Stay tuned for the High Dive next.

1948 has come and gone I know that. And, maybe sometimes I think was it really like that. And just recently I got up with an old buddy (Joe Di) and yea is was like that. In between these games or pastimes were our bikes, hopping freights, rope swinging and swimming at Henry Clay. We were so free. No one even asked where we were going or where we had been. Our parents and neighborhood expected us to be kids but also behave and show respect.

Odin's Teenage Rites of Passage Vision Quest Ritual

A Mountain Vision Quest Alone

SUMMER SOLSTICE TEENAGE ODIN VISION QUEST

Here is a Rites of Passage for any teenage Viking who wants to make contact with Odin and the gods/goddesses of the North.

I was given this ritual 15 years ago and I, not being a teenager, performed it partially with great results.

Always keep in mind that I, Ragnar Storyteller, having been outlawed by the Asatru Alliance and the self imposed godis and leaders, have been given permission by Odin to place some very powerful rituals on my website.

He and I are in accord,

if not in actual physical contact, then in mental atunement.

I need to update Odin and the runes and the gods/goddesses of our ancestors into the 21st century. To free Odin from the limitations of the Viking Age.

I was given this ritual while I was writing my first book with and for Odin.

Have you ever woke in the middle of the night with the urge to write something? Took pen and paper in hand and wrote as fast as you could. Then, when you were finished, read it to see what you had written?

That book being Odin's Return.

So, the easiest way for me to present this ritual to you is to copy it, abridged from the book.

Here goes from Odin's Return:

"The summer solstice was fast approaching and Thorolfr had reached his thirteenth year. His year of manhood. The blood of his ancestors pumped furiously through his veins. His size though not yet full in stature, was bigger than any of the other boys in the village. He almost stood as tall as a full grown man. His muscles bulged pridefully through his thin clothes.

"... Thorolfr started towards the mountains the next morning to start his Odin ritual

"He must remember all the steps that the hooded-one had told him upon their last meeting.

"As he walked through the forest towards the mountains, his eyes scoured the area for a tree. It had to be a special tree. A tree that had been struck by lightening. He needed to gather wood from it for his Odin ritual.

"... there it was, a giant ash stripped of all branches and split in the middle.

"It had been hit by Thor's lightening. It was just what he needed for Odins ritual.

"He pulled some ropes from his backpack and tied the wood into a neat bundle.

"He could still feel the heat in the wood. But how could that be? There hadn't been a storm in a week.

"He smiled and recalled the stories told by his father around the campfire about how Odin and the other gods/goddesses could intervene and perform miraculous and magical things to prepare for certain rituals.

"... he started again towards the mountain and the words that Odin had spoke to him ringed through his head. '...like a god you must live and like a god you must die ...'"

"He climbed the mountain slowly and steadily. The weight of the bundle of wood on his back chafed him and he had to shift the load from time to time.

"It was getting towards late afternoon and he finally spotted what looked like an opening between a bunch of bushes.

"... he pushed the bushes aside and saw a small cave. It would be perfect for his three night Odin's vigil .

"That night he made a fire of the sacred wood and all alone with his thoughts he kept a vigil in the cave. He had nothing to eat nor drink except bread and water.

"The hooded-one had told him that he must purge himself by fasting with bread and water.

"That night as he sat by his fire he felt a strangeness that he never felt before. He felt the presence of beings, of higher ones, of gods.

"He could not see them but he felt them. He shuddered in fear as he thought of their closeness.

"... for three days and three nights Thorolfr remained in the cave sustaining himself on nothing but the bread and water.

"Then on midnight of the third day, Thorolfr rebuilt the fire with the last of the sacred wood.

"He sat in front of the fire in a trance-like state. The three days of silence and fasting had raised his level of consciousness and his mind was sharp and eager to learn.

"The fire in front of him danced back and forth and swayed to a hidden rhythm. He watched it in quiet fascination.

"Little faces appeared in the flames and Thorolfr instinctively knew that the fire was alive.

"... he stood up and looked deeply into the flames. The flames parted and he could see a god-like man standing at the entrance to a bridge. The bridge glowed with all the radiant colors of the rainbow.

"... the god-like man, in full battle dress and winged helm stared sternly at Thorolfr.

I did not perform the following part of the ritual farther than pricking my thumb with my dagger to draw a little blood. Any teenager performing this ritual can do the same. I only present it to you as it was given to me.)

Ragnar Storyteller

"... he remembered what the hooded-one told him he must do. He took his dagger from his waist band.

"... he then said 'may this sacrifice of my blood help bring forth the gods of my Fathers back into my world. May my blood help rejuvenate the ancestral soul of the kindred.

"... then using the dagger he made three incisions of his chest and let the blood flow freely.

"He held the tip of the dagger so that the blood flowed onto it.

"He said, 'with this blood, I devote myself to Odin and the gods/goddesses of my ancestors.

"... He let the blood drop into the flames.

"When he had finished he raised his hand into the air and said, 'in the name of Oidn, Thor and Tyr, I dedicate my life to the protection of our ancestral soul.

"... he waited till the last vestige of life went out of the fire. Then he gathered his things and started back down the mountain to the village."

This is indeed a very powerful teenage rites of passage.

One of the reasons we as a Northern European Peoples are losing our country and are being forced out of the cities is because the other cultures all have maintained rites of passages for their children.

The Native Americans have theirs; the Asians have theirs, the Jews have theirs, even the black gangs in the inner cities have theirs

Time for us to build independent one-on-one relationships with Odin and the gods/goddesses of our ancestors.

But most of all we must free them from the confining limits of the viking age, and bring them into the 21st century where we can empower them.

Ever Met An Executive Who Cudn't Rite?

I've never met a business executive that I KNEW couldn't write well. But I bet there are many who are not naturally talented writers? There have to be! Writing English is not easy. Are you now thinking, "Then I'll never be an executive unless I improve my English writing"? Do you believe that other executives have thought the same thing at some time?

Rarely does anybody get a poorly written letter from an executive. If executives began sending poorly written letters or grammatically incorrect business proposals there's a good chance they could be on their way out of the company, or at the least, their upward career path could be impaired. Why? Because poor writing would make them look less than professional. And, it also would leave a negative impression on the company for which they work. An obvious conclusion is that poor writing is bad for business!

So why do business letters and proposals always look so polished? A large reason is because many business executives have administrative assistants who are smart enough to use a great writer's software to edit for their executive bosses.

But today there are many executives who are self-employed, and more people depend on the Internet for their bread and butter. These people tend to do all of their own business writing of letters, proposals and emails. And don't think that writing an email is not writing. A poorly written email looks just as bad as anything else that's poorly written.

Many executives have depended for years on the spell checker, grammar checker and punctuation checker that came with their computer's word processor. And those generally are good programs. Have you noticed though, that typically these checkers have many shortcomings? They let mistakes "fall through the cracks" that would be caught by more powerful writer's software. For example, common spell checkers in word processors can't distinguish between words that are spelled correctly but contextually aren't the correct words for the sentence. "I'm going to right a letter" looks pretty silly, doesn't it?

Your computer may not catch that mistake, or if it does, it only will indicate with a colored line that there's something wrong with the word. If you're not a good speller, you may not be able to detect what's wrong. And if English is not your native language... well, you probably do have a problem. And there are many executives who have the same problem. So what's the answer?

The answer is you need an excellent proofreading English writing software program. How do you find one? You can go online to discover what's available to help both you and all those other executives to become great writers.

When your writing looks professional, you'll look more professional to your managers. Secretly you may be one of those executives who cudn't rite. But now, you'll be the best writer in the office. Your upward career path will be secure thanks to your powerful but inexpensive writing software program. You may be due for a promotion at any moment!

Visit http://ErrorFreeGrammar.com/ and learn how innovative English writing programs instantly can improve all of your writing for any office, home, school or casual writing needs. This will be especially helpful if English is not your native language. Also offered are free tips and newsletters on all aspects of good grammar and composition.

A Wedding As a Rite of Passage

Most cultures support a bride as she goes from being a single woman to being a married woman. There are specific rituals, specific actions, and specific people who help her glide through this transition. Those cultures aren't so concerned with creating a gorgeous event as they are with helping a woman make an internal shift from one role to another.

That shift is of seismic proportions!

It automatically brings up every emotion you're capable of having, and those feelings are probably amplified. Our culture is so focused on the Special Day that the internal shift is often ignored.

The bride is the center of attention, but the irony of it is, her emotional self can be ignored. As she makes the shift from "me" to "we" the feelings that come up can end up being projected onto the details of the wedding.

What does that mean?

If you can't have the kind of flowers you wanted, you feel emotionally overwhelmed - that may stem from the grief, or other feelings you're encountering inside. Grief! Yes, grief. Whenever we make an internal shift, we lose something and we gain something. At a wedding, you lose being able to be only "you." From then on, you will be an essential partner focused on "we." Your old life is essentially dying as a new life takes root.

If you can't have your wedding in the place you wanted, you may feel angry - that can come up as a result of feeling powerless inside. Powerless! Yes, powerless. Again, from now on, you won't be in total control in terms of the choices you make in life. There will be a "we" to consider.

If your dress isn't exactly the way you wanted it to be, you may dissolve into tears - tears can come up because you're suddenly feeling small and uncertain with a low self-esteem. At any given moment, the child inside you may not be ready to leave home.

Emotions and weddings go together. That's a given. Almost every bride (and groom!) feels very emotional at some time during the process.

There are lots of people who can help you with the details of your wedding. Wedding coaches help you with your interior life that's represented by your wedding.

You've probably been dreaming of this day since you were a little girl. The first thing you need to do is pull all of your ideas into one radiant vision!

Put away the pictures from all the magazines. Just for a while, put your wedding planner down. Leave behind all of the advice you've received from your relatives, friends and shop-owners.

Want we want to do here is make sure you're clear about exactly what you want for yourself and your groom. Here is an exercise to help you focus on the aspects of your wedding that you would like to create:

Take a deep breath, and now another. In a moment, you'll close your eyes. When you do, imagine exactly the way you want your wedding to feel. What does your special day feel like for you? Can you see yourself getting dressed? What do you feel like? Can you see yourself at the beginning of the ceremony? How does that feel? Can you see your groom waiting for you? How are you feeling now? As you walk up to be with him, how are you feeling now? As you go through your ceremony, how does that feel?

Take a few moments, and imagine your wedding day from the very beginning until the very end. When you're through, write down what came to you.

Good job! Were there any surprises?

If you imagined yourself beautiful and relaxed, radiant and in love, you're very lucky. But many people can't see a vision at all. Or they see themselves as fearful and anxious.

It's important to envision your wedding as you would like it, with joy and love, then take a deep breath and relax.

The rite of passage has already begun, so enjoy the journey!

Summary

When planning marriage:

Make sure you are both on the same track
Start thinking of 'we' not just me
Everything doesn't have to be perfect
Have a spirit of play and joy
Emotions and your wedding go together - be aware of internal emotions through the transition
Imagine your dream wedding

The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation

Everyone strives to look and feel younger. The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation are a specific set of exercise that will make anyone feel healthier, more flexible, stronger, and have better stamina. Offer classes and informational products to teach people this beneficial type of exercise.

If you are skilled in this type of exercise, this would be an excellent 'business idea' to pursue. Offer classes and informational products to teach people this type of exercise.

Teach people that want to learn how to take advantage of the program for their own health benefits. Your students will already be motivated to learn from you once they find out the benefits.

You may need to invest in advertising at first, let people know that you are able to teach them to find health benefits from learning these exercises in your classes, or individual training sessions. Once people start seeing changes in your students' health and stamina they will start asking how they have made the changes.

Check your local area to see what the cost of other exercise programs are there. You should be able to charge the average fee charged by other types of exercise instructors in your area. Once you are established and have many students you will be able to start charging more for your services.

Check with local schools, community centers, and malls to see if you can teach and offer your classes there. You will have to give part of your profits to them for the use of their areas. You should still be able to make a sizeable amount of money.

If you choose to teach people in their own homes or offices, you will be able to charge more per person, because you will be traveling and bringing your services to them. You can also offer to teach small classes with people in their homes. Give the host a discount for using their home as the place to meet together for the exercise programs.

When your students start feeling better from the exercises, they will share their reasons with others that will also be interested. This will help you to gain more students for your classes. Encourage them to give your information to others. Advertising by word of mouth is always one of the best forms of advertising.

It is important to have business cards with your contact information on them and brochures about this specific form of exercise program, and its benefits. You also want to include your options of class sizes and fees charged for them. If there are books that you would like your students to read also, try to make them easily available to them. To make more money on these exercise programs you may want to write your own book and make it available to your students.

At first when you are looking for students, you may also offer your classes to large companies, offering to teach classes to their employees, within the building they work in. Stress the health benefits offered to those that attend the classes. The company may choose to foot the bill and offer the space for classes in their building.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass - The Roman Rite Celebration of the Holy Eucharist

On any Sunday in many parts of the world bells ring out"--"the call to Mass for Catholics. Families prepare themselves: the little children get washed and brushed and fed"--"the older ones doing it for themselves and helping their siblings. A family breakfast can be eaten up to one hour before Holy Communion time.

Many Catholics still follow their accustomed way of fasting from one hour before the beginning of Holy Mass, others practice the devotion of abstinence from midnight onward. People who are elderly or ill are not obligated by this rule of the Church. The discipline of abstaining from food in this way disciplines the heart, mind, and soul. The focus of weekday life, work, and its demands shifts. The faithful are called to slow down, to be available exclusively to the Lord in His Word, His instruction by the priest, and in His Gift of Himself in Holy Communion"--"the Blessed Sacrament.

The Lord calls us according to the First Commandment given to Moses on the mountain:

Love the Lord your God with your whole heart, your whole soul and your whole mind"..."

Sunday is a day of obligation which full fills this decree of the Lord. He is our God and we are his people the sheep of His flock. Praise, Honor, and Thanksgiving is due to Him who made us and sustains us.

A good preparation for Mass begins at home by reading the Scripture selections and the psalm that will be prayed on Sunday. The texts are taken from the Old Testament and the New Testament of the Bible. They are chosen by the Church to flow with the liturgical cycles of Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and the Ordinary Time of the year. In many churches missalettes can be found at the entrance for use during the celebration.

When entering the Church, Chapel, or room designated for the celebration a Holy Water Font or small dish filled with Holy Water is usually on your right. This water, a sacramental, has been blessed by a priest and contains within it the graces of cleansing the person from venial offenses against God. Dip the right hand into the Holy Water and bless yourself with the sign of the cross. Trace it from forehead to chest and from left to right side of the upper body. Say prayer such as: "Lord wash away my iniquity and cleanse me all of my sins" or "Lord, bless me and forgive my sins". Do not consider this an automatic gesture, do it devoutly, attentively. It is a great help to look at the Tabernacle while praying; in this way one speaks directly to the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

Find a pew, a chair, or a bench. Look for the Perpetual Light. The Tabernacle where the Blessed Sacrament is reserved is close by. Genuflect deeply the right knee touching the ground bowing your head. You are in the Presence of the Lord. Rise, take a place and kneeling, facing the altar talk to your Lord. Bring Him your gift of self and your thanks and your love for His Presence. You will receive courage from His Word and Eucharist to serve Him as you journey through the coming week all are part of your gift to Him. Chatting with Jesus is not so very difficult. He is always listening.

Be silent, allow the heart to open; this prepares the soul for the entrance hymn and procession.

Music. Prayer in melody and word. All people rise"--"Mass begins"--"First an acolyte with the crucifix followed by two acolytes holding candelabra with lighted candles are followed by the lector carrying the Lectionary. The celebrating priest or priests, vested in the liturgical colors of the season or special feast, process to the steps at the foot of the altar bow or genuflect before the altar, go up the steps and take their places"--"while the entrance hymn is sung.

The Church on earth worships together with the Saints and angels"--"all before the Lord who made and sustains us all. The ancient ritual, always living and new is celebrated according to the rite given by Holy Mother Church; as it was in the time of the first apostles chosen by Jesus, and continues now and and will be so unto the end of time and the beginning of Life Everlasting"..."

Some definitions:

Venial sin: This refers to the sins of omission or commission, things that we do or fail to do from carelessness or ignorance.

Tabernacle: A tabernacle is a boxlike container for the exclusive reservation of the Holy Eucharist. It is normally made of metal, stone or wood, lockable, and secured to its altar to prevent the consecrated elements within from being removed without authorization.

Genuflect: This means to touch the right knee to the floor or ground especially in worship.

Acolytes: young men and women altar servers.
