Ever Met An Executive Who Cudn't Rite?

I've never met a business executive that I KNEW couldn't write well. But I bet there are many who are not naturally talented writers? There have to be! Writing English is not easy. Are you now thinking, "Then I'll never be an executive unless I improve my English writing"? Do you believe that other executives have thought the same thing at some time?

Rarely does anybody get a poorly written letter from an executive. If executives began sending poorly written letters or grammatically incorrect business proposals there's a good chance they could be on their way out of the company, or at the least, their upward career path could be impaired. Why? Because poor writing would make them look less than professional. And, it also would leave a negative impression on the company for which they work. An obvious conclusion is that poor writing is bad for business!

So why do business letters and proposals always look so polished? A large reason is because many business executives have administrative assistants who are smart enough to use a great writer's software to edit for their executive bosses.

But today there are many executives who are self-employed, and more people depend on the Internet for their bread and butter. These people tend to do all of their own business writing of letters, proposals and emails. And don't think that writing an email is not writing. A poorly written email looks just as bad as anything else that's poorly written.

Many executives have depended for years on the spell checker, grammar checker and punctuation checker that came with their computer's word processor. And those generally are good programs. Have you noticed though, that typically these checkers have many shortcomings? They let mistakes "fall through the cracks" that would be caught by more powerful writer's software. For example, common spell checkers in word processors can't distinguish between words that are spelled correctly but contextually aren't the correct words for the sentence. "I'm going to right a letter" looks pretty silly, doesn't it?

Your computer may not catch that mistake, or if it does, it only will indicate with a colored line that there's something wrong with the word. If you're not a good speller, you may not be able to detect what's wrong. And if English is not your native language... well, you probably do have a problem. And there are many executives who have the same problem. So what's the answer?

The answer is you need an excellent proofreading English writing software program. How do you find one? You can go online to discover what's available to help both you and all those other executives to become great writers.

When your writing looks professional, you'll look more professional to your managers. Secretly you may be one of those executives who cudn't rite. But now, you'll be the best writer in the office. Your upward career path will be secure thanks to your powerful but inexpensive writing software program. You may be due for a promotion at any moment!
